Submission Of Financial Statements As Of 31/3/2005

Subject:Notification on the process of submission of yearly financial statements

To:  President
     The Stock Exchange of Thailand
 
With reference to the regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the
Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission about the preparation and
submission of financial statements and operating results of listed companies,
Polyplex (Thailand) Plc. (PTL), would like to inform that the company shall
submit the annual audited financial statements within sixty days after the end
of the accounting period instead of the submission of the reviewed financial
statements within forty five days after the end of the fourth quarter.

We will follow this practice consistently starting from the financial year
ending on 31st  March 2005.
